Who you are dealing with

Roofing University is a property of AIestimate.org. AIestimate.org is the seller of record. Your card statement will show AIestimate.org. By enrolling or using this site you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A single seat in an online training course, sold in three tiers:

Each price is a one-time charge for one person. Lifetime access means access for as long as we operate the course. It does not mean your lifetime, and it does not mean the course will never change.

One seat means one person

This is the part people get wrong, so it is stated plainly.

• Your access code licenses one named individual. It is not a company license.
• Do not share your code. Not with your crew, not with another office, not with a friend at a different company.
• You may not copy, download, screen-record, resell, republish or redistribute the course materials.
• You may not use the materials to train personnel outside the purchasing company, or build a competing training product from them.
• If you need seats for a team, buy a seat per person. That is what the pricing is for.

If we find a code being shared, we may rotate it or terminate access without a refund. We keep ownership of all course content, copy, graphics and structure.

Access codes and how login works

After you pay, we email your access code. Enter it once and your browser keeps you signed in for about six months, then asks again.

Be clear-eyed about what this is. The access code is a convenience gate, not bank-grade security. Lesson pages are ordinary web pages. Anyone who obtains a valid code can reach them. We may rotate codes at any time, which signs everyone out until they enter the new one. Losing access because you shared a code is not grounds for a refund.

Refunds

30-day refund. If the course is not what you expected, email support within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. After 30 days, sales are final.

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of code sharing, bulk downloading of materials, or repeated purchase-and-refund activity.

This is training, not professional advice

Read this part twice. It matters more than anything else on this page.

Everything in this course is general training material. It is not legal, tax, insurance, accounting, engineering or safety advice, and no relationship of that kind is created by your enrollment.

• Insurance: we are not licensed public adjusters or insurance agents. We do not adjust claims, interpret your customer's policy, or tell you what any specific policy covers. Several states restrict who may negotiate a claim on a homeowner's behalf. Know your state's rules before you act.
• Law and licensing: contractor licensing, contract requirements, right of rescission, lien rights, employment and wage law, and consumer protection rules vary by state and city and change over time. Verify with your own attorney.
• Building codes: code adoption is local. Your building department governs, not our modules. Manufacturer installation instructions govern warranty.
• Safety: nothing here replaces OSHA-compliant training, fall protection training, or a competent-person program.
• Marketing and outreach: if you send email or texts, you are responsible for your own compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, A2P 10DLC registration and do-not-call rules. Our materials flag these obligations; they do not discharge them.

No income promise. Nothing in this course is a guarantee of revenue, closing rate, claim approval or any other result. What you earn depends on your market, your effort, your crews and factors none of us control.

Your account and conduct

• Give us accurate information at checkout. If your email is wrong, your code goes nowhere.
• You are responsible for anything done with your code.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or circumvent the site.

Availability

We aim to keep the course online continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, revise, reorganize or retire modules as the trade, the codes and the carriers change. We may discontinue the course entirely; if we do, we will give enrolled students notice and a reasonable window to finish.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the course or this site is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost claims, lost jobs, or other indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts serving Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continuing to use the course after an update means you accept it.
